1. Made-to-Order & Production Nature
All products on this site are manufactured specifically for you on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is validated and enters our production queue, your custom-designed item begins manufacturing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Production typically takes 3-5 business days after order confirmation, depending on product complexity and current queue status.
2. User-Submitted Content & Intellectual Property
You are fully responsible for any text, names, graphics, logos, or other content ("User Content") that you submit for customization on our products. You warrant that:
- You own all rights to the User Content or have explicit permission to use it
- The User Content does not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
- The User Content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these terms or contains infringing content without notice.
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations
To maintain our strict production schedule and ensure fairness to all customers, we offer a 12-hour modification or cancellation window from the moment your order is placed.
Once this window expires, your order enters our production queue and becomes ineligible for changes or cancellations. The 12-hour countdown begins when your payment is successfully processed.
For orders requiring immediate attention due to errors on our part, we may extend or waive this window at our discretion.
4. Return & Refund Policy for Customized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-printed products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or changes of mind. However, we stand behind our quality and will:
- Replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or with printing errors
- Address issues caused by manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery
- Provide full refunds for items that arrive significantly different from their online presentation
No exceptions will be made for standard sizing differences or aesthetic preferences after order confirmation.
