1. Fulfillment & Production Timeline

As a Print-on-Demand brand, Velocity Gear is committed to sustainable production practices. All custom-printed apparel items require 3 to 5 business days for production and handling before being handed over to the carrier for delivery.

This production timeline ensures quality craftsmanship and environmental responsibility while delivering your racing gear straight from our facility to your doorstep. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Carriers

We utilize a network of multiple reliable shipping providers to ensure the most efficient delivery route for your location. Our carrier selection depends on various factors including your specific destination, package dimensions, service level requirements, and current carrier capacity.

Whether you're on the East Coast or West Coast, in the Midwest, or anywhere in between, our logistics team will select the optimal carrier to deliver your custom racing apparel safely and efficiently.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

All shipping times displayed during checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • High-volume holiday seasons and peak shopping periods
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We work directly with trusted carriers to minimize delivery disruptions, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please consider this buffer time when planning your order.

4. Address Accuracy Responsibility

IMPORTANT: You are entirely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. This includes correct street address, apartment number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.

We cannot be held liable, nor will we issue refunds or free replacements, for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to customer address errors.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the delivery address if it has already been handed over to the carrier for processing.

5. Package Security & Theft Prevention

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking system, ownership and liability transfer to you, the customer. At this point, the package is no longer under our control.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from doorsteps, porches, or any location outside our secure delivery facilities. This includes packages left unattended at the delivery address or intercepted by unauthorized individuals.

Security Recommendations: Monitor your tracking notifications closely, and ensure a secure drop-off location if your neighborhood is prone to theft. Consider asking a neighbor to receive your package, using a secure front door entry system, or requesting the carrier to leave the package at a secure location (when available).

Velocity Gear uses reputable carriers with robust security protocols, but we cannot guarantee package security once delivered to the specified address.
