Customization and Orders
We offer a strict 12-hour modification or cancellation window from the moment your order is placed. After this window expires, your order enters our production queue and becomes ineligible for changes or cancellations. The 12-hour countdown begins when your payment is successfully processed.
Please review your spelling carefully before completing your purchase. We print exactly what you enter into the customization field. We are not responsible for customer spelling errors.
Production and Shipping
Since each item is printed on-demand, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and handling before your order is handed over to the carrier. Shipping times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
To ensure the fastest delivery, we work with multiple specialized manufacturing facilities. If you ordered different types of apparel, they may ship from different locations and arrive at slightly different times.
Returns and Refunds
Because each garment is custom-printed and manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.
We have you covered. If your product is defective, arrives damaged, or is officially lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will issue a 100% free replacement or full refund.
